Coaching through sculpture: the process

What does the  session involve

The focus of the session is your presence, charisma and your impact on others. I will create a bust of your face and head while inviting you to think and ponder on your impression of yourself.

There is no requirement to get involved in the sculpting process unless, of course, it helps you reflect too.

Typically, a coaching session will be around 4 hours with plenty of breaks. It is important that the place is quiet, safe and private with no tempting distractions that will draw you way from time for you.

Stage one:

Arrange a 15 min call with me to talk about the process and what you would like to explore in your coaching session.

If you would like to go ahead, proceed to stage two.

Stage two:

Book a date and for a one hour face to face meeting. The focus will be on taking some measurements and photos as well as planning the date and time for your half day session. The location will be a relaxing and quiet place of your choice.

The session will include a half-day of coaching (4 hours). At the end of the session you are welcome to keep your clay 4DLifeForm™. (The fee is requested before this session).

Stage three

Is the session itself. There is plenty of time to listen to your thoughts on your presence, communication and personal impact while creating a 3D clay bust into a 4DLifeForm™. There will be frequent breaks to discuss progress and further exploration.

The objective is to discover new insights and leave you with a 4-D model of your face and head that makes a lasting impression.

Stage four

If you would like to make you 4DLifeform™ permanent, there are a number options. It can be fired in a kiln or cast in bronze, resin, fibreglass or even chocolate!

Do mention this option, if it is of interest as it will inform me on how I will need to make my preparations.
